Asya International Movers' commitment in fine arts transportation reached a new level with its involvement in the Istanbul Biennial in 1993. In the following years, Asya became the main shipping partner of the Istanbul Biennial, an international art event organised by IKSV (Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts). In addition to the biennials; all transportation, storage, customs clearance regarding IKSV's other yearly arrangements of music, film and theatre festivals have also been carried out by Asya.

By way of experience and know-how acquired throughout the years, Asya International Movers made a decision to establish Asya Fine Arts International. This department specialises solely in fine arts handling and moving.

Operating with an extensive network of agents, Asya has been able to organise international shipment of artworks with partners that share the same commitment to quality.

Asya International Movers' 5.000 m2 warehouse facilities in Tuzla, Istanbul offer suitable conditions for short term storing of artworks between pick-up and shipment and/or shipment and delivery. The facilities also allow long term storage of empty crates. In 2011 however, Asya Fine Arts International's own warehouse will be completed. This new storage, a first in its field in Turkey, will be built in compliance with museum conservation standards allowing long term storage of artwork.
